From Office to Sewing Machine: Carrying My Dreams Forward

Again on Thursday after work, I grabbed my bag, my tired body, and headed straight to sewing class. My shoulders ached from carrying everything—laptop, fabric, exhaustion—but I kept moving. Stitch by stitch, I’m building something new for myself.

Some days, it feels like too much. But then I remember why I started. I’m not just carrying fabric and tools—I’m carrying my dreams. One day, I’ll make my own clothes and say goodbye to fast fashion.

So, let's take a deep breath, thread the needle, and keep going. One stitch at a time.
