Poem About Fabrics, Failures, and Fixing Things

Will the jacket forgive mefor handling its fabric like a butcher, not a tailor? For hacking seams in all the wrong places and making sleeves that could double as sails?

Is there any hope to fixmy shaky faith in my sewing skills?Tomorrow, I’ll give it another go – try making peace with this jacket, I can’t promise it that I'll never sew chaos again.
